Staying at this lodge was a mixed experience for me. While the modern rooms were beautiful and well-arranged, the service left a lot to be desired, feeling impersonal and often unhelpful. The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway in the lovely countryside, but having to walk in the rain from the car park to the restaurant was quite inconvenient. Overall, it had its pluses with nice amenities, but some aspects definitely need improvement.

The room I stayed in was modern, clean, and beautifully arranged. I appreciated the thoughtful design and storage space available.
Service

While some staff were polite and offered assistance, it did feel like asking for help was more of a chore for them, which made the experience a bit disappointing.
Location

The lodge is situated in a gorgeous part of the countryside, ideal for a quiet retreat, but accessibility can be a hassle.
Dining

The dining experience wasn't great. While I liked the menu options, having to wait and be sent to the bar to place an order felt frustrating.

I recently stayed at this resort spa and was quite pleased with my experience overall. The facilities were impressive, especially the pool area, which was beautifully maintained. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired in terms of variety for breakfast. While the staff was very welcoming, the service during dining could improve. The rooms were modern and well-kept, making it a comfortable retreat.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was beautiful and clean, I found the dining options a bit lacking. The rooms were small but comfortable enough for a quick overnight stay, especially if you're attending a wedding nearby. The service was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite small and had no view due to the blinds not opening, but they were clean aside from a few insects. The double bed was comfortable, perfect for an overnight stay but not ideal for longer visits.
Service
7.0
The service was really friendly and efficient. However, breakfast was a bit confusing with cost details not provided until the end of our meal.
Location

The location was beautiful and had a luxurious feel to it. I loved the peaceful environment, making it a great place to relax for a few days.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was disappointing, especially at breakfast where several items ran out and weren't replaced in time. This really diminished what could have been a great morning meal.
Facilities

While I didn't use many of the hotel facilities, the overall atmosphere was very nice. There were signs of readiness to close a bit early, which could be improved.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was absolutely beautiful and luxurious, making it a truly serene getaway. The overall cleanliness was impressive. However, the service at check-in could have been more attentive, as I felt overlooked compared to other guests. The dining experience left something to be desired, especially with limited food options during breakfast.
Rooms
6.0
The room was small but comfortable, though it had some noticeable damp stains that really impacted the experience, particularly for my partner.
Service

While the service was enjoyable and a few staff members were very polite and willing to help, I felt very neglected during check-in.
Location

The hotel is situated in a stunningly clean and luxurious area, which offered a lovely view of the sunset from the hot tub.
Dining

Breakfast was okay, but I did find it frustrating that some food items ran out and were not replenished. Additionally, it shouldn't take multiple requests to get juice or coffee.
Facilities

The hotel had a nice ambiance but could benefit from more varied amenities.

However, I did encounter some issues with the dining experience, particularly with the breakfast timing and variety. Overall, it provided good value for money, but there were a few areas that could use improvement.
